Limitations of Liability:  Amazing Finishes is not liable for defective product(s) not purchased by our representatives provided client does not have prior written consent for the use of provided product(s).  Products covered by a manufacturer warranty are not covered by Amazing Finishes Remodeling Division eight year warranty.  Certain products, such as cedar wood and trim, may peel do to a chemical naturally in the wood itself.  This chemical found in the wood can make painting difficult.  In some cases, if the chemical is present in larger quantities, the paint will stain, chip or peel.  Amazing Finishes cannot pre-determine chemical content prior to application nor warranty against this reaction.  This reaction usually requires very good paint to cover and seal out this chemical, which we recommend and may require additional, later applied, coats of product (not included in original estimate) to continue the lasting beauty of the item or area of interest.  Amazing Finishes cannot warrant defects in workmanship or materials used due to ordinary wear and tear (use), abnormal use or misuse, existing paint peeling from under applied new paint, structural defects, settling or movement of property, moisture content of substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, harsh chemical or solid contact, plants, pets or wildlife.  Amazing Finishes cannot warrant the damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, acts of God, vandalism, or any causes beyond our control.  Guarantee is not transferable to subsequent owners.  Amazing Finishes shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty.     

· Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - Project completion is determined by our company to be when all requested work is completed as specified in the contract and our client is well pleased with the end result.

 

· Excellent Workmanship - Amazing Finishes requires highly skilled workman to be at every project.  This is our way of ensuring a high quality finish to the project.  Our clients always get excellent workmanship for a low price.   

 

· Workmanship Warranty (8 yr) - After project completion, Amazing Finishes will warranty the project against defect in workmanship for eight years, providing the contract has been paid in full.  All appliances or other equipment installed by Amazing Finishes, covered by a manufacturer warranty, are not covered by the workmanship warranty.  Please see limitations of liability below.

 

· Accurate Pricing - When our clients receive an estimate for work to be done on their property, the price charged along with the actual work performed does not deviate from the written contract.     

 

· Completion Accuracy Guarantee - The colors and styles selected by our clients at project commencement is the color and styles you will see when the project is complete.  If in case of backorders or product un-availability, a written change of product will be prepared and submitted to the client for approval prior to purchase and installation.      

 

· Only the Best Materials Used - We prefer to use the best materials on the market and that doesn't always mean the newest.  We have some older favorites we still prefer to use on our projects.  We do not cut corners during our projects, which means our clients receive the best service and final product in the end.
