This kitchen and dining room has had a beautiful wood floor installed along with a deep black marble counter top which adds the perfect contrast to the room.

These beams were clad in stain grade wood and then stained a beautiful dark color.  New cabinets were installed with custom lites in the doors.

Lovely marble counter tops along with a beautiful stained finish on the cabinets gives this kitchen a lovely feel.

Here wood flooring is the main item.  This flooring gives the warm cozy feel of wood while providing greater durability as compared to carpet.

Built-ins on both sides of the fireplace along with a custom mantel accent this smaller living area nicely.

Crown molding adds transition to the wall ceiling junction while adding some charm to the room.

Crown molding along with proper recessed lighting add much to the ceiling of this living area.

This room has had Spanish tile installed on the floor.  This tile is thicker and more irregular in nature allowing for a more casual south western feel to the room.

Foyers and stairways are areas commonly ignored, but with good thought could be beautiful areas in your home.  Spindles and  other stair parts can be replaced with more decorative pieces.

Carpeted stairs are replaced with painted Stair risers against the stained stair tread giving excellent contrast and adding life and color.

Trim installed as frames on the wall along with fixed mirrors add character to this bedroom.

The wood flooring adds open, durable feeling to this otherwise dark and closed in room.  The larger baseboard really helps the overall feeling in the room.

Hallways do not have to be boring.  Here wainscoting has been installed below a chair railing.  This really helps cut down on scuffs and dings in the drywall.

Larger crown molding along with rustic casing and trim have been installed in this hallway to give nice character to an otherwise dull area.

Ceilings can be accented by installation of fake beams such as here.  These beams can be stained wood or painted drywall.  Here the stained wood is pickled to soften the feel.

Here, fake beams have been added to give the room a feel of old fashioned construction.  The wood is stained against a flat white ceiling.  Country or cathedral feel is the objective here.

An area commonly ignored are ceilings of porches and entry ways.  The ceiling below a second floor balcony has had wainscoting installed and stained with a beautiful finish applied.  Stained wood is often accented by adjacent white columns and trim.

Offices most often need to have walls relocated or removed during company transitions.  Here is an office where the walls have been moved and baseboards installed.

Beautiful fireplaces can be created with just a little addition of framing and drywall.  This addition adds much detail and character to an otherwise bland area above the fireplace.
